Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of OTPfill, the Mac app and the services behind it, provided by Supersonic Software, Inc. ("we"). By installing or using OTPfill you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

What OTPfill does

OTPfill connects to email inboxes you choose, finds verification codes in recent messages, and types them into login forms on your Mac. It relies on your email providers, macOS, and the websites you use, so we can't promise it will find every code or work with every site.

Your account and inboxes

• You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
• Only connect inboxes that you own or are allowed to access.
• You're responsible for your Mac and the accounts you sign in to with OTPfill's help.

Purchase and subscription

• OTPfill costs $29, plus any tax, paid once. You get a license key you can use on up to five of your Macs. It includes two connected inboxes and updates to version 1.
• Unlimited Inboxes is an optional subscription for $5 per month that lets you connect more than two inboxes. It renews monthly until you cancel from the app; it stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. If it ends, inboxes beyond the first two stop being checked.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Email us within 14 days of buying OTPfill for a full refund of the $29. A refund deactivates the license key. Subscription months already paid aren't refundable except where the law requires.
• All accounts are subject to a fair-use limit of 300 filled codes per month per Mac, which protects the service from automated abuse. Normal use stays far below it.
• If we change the subscription price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
• A future major version may be offered to existing owners at a discount.

Acceptable use

Don't use OTPfill to:

• access inboxes or accounts that aren't yours;
• get around security measures, rate limits, or the terms of other services;
• overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with our servers.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Other services

OTPfill works with Gmail, Outlook, IMAP providers, Composio, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or changes they make.

Updates

The app updates itself so fixes and security patches reach you. We may change or remove features; if we remove something that was part of OTPfill when you bought it, you can ask for a refund.

Disclaimer

OTPfill is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything.

Ending your use

You can stop using OTPfill at any time by removing your inboxes and deleting the app. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections on billing already owed, disclaimers, and liability continue to apply after that.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use OTPfill after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
